Audio-Production

My audio-production journey started all of the way back in eighth-grade for a digital music production class, with a 5-track hypothetical film score created in GarageBand.

By the time I reached my second year of community college, I partnered with Jennifer R. Myhre, Ph.D. Director, 1500 Stories Project, compiling a five minute audio-story from an hour long interview with CA Bay-Area Minister Dan Harper About – 1500 Stories

From March 2021 to June 2023, I volunteered as an on-air board operator (DJ) for 90.5 KSJS, of which I headlined as G:\\DRIVE for the electronic-music show G:\\DRIVE'S_FOLDER. My show remains unique for its blend of Eighties New-Wave with modern electronica genres of Synth-Wave, Retrowave, Outrun, and Hyper-Pop.

To retain my show, I worked over 200 volunteer hours via creating written and pre-recorded content for other shows on the KSJS timeslot, such as promos and PSAs, as well as concert and album reviews.

My Interview with Adam Savage and Trip Hunter: SiliCon SJ 2022 | Hosted by G:\\Drive (Glenn Howard) - YouTube, remains my crowing achievement for KSJS.

Outside of KSJS, I worked as a Sound Engineer on the set of Rywind, a horror short directed by Joe Neto Jr. of Birthmark Productions L.L.C. – Telling stories
